1. Product Search

1.1 How to search a product?
Besides browsing through our product catalogue, you may also enter the keywords of the item names or just choose the category at which your desired items belong to.
You can search by Keyword, Category, Special item or product code and its name etc.

1.2 What is the essential information had to be input for Keyword Search?
Please input the whole phrase of the product name or just any one word of it.
For example, if you are looking for a universal switching adaptor, you may simply input any one word of this phrase universal switching adaptor and choose the “Any word” in the box nearby.  

1.3 How to search by category?
Just choose the category at which your desired products belong to, there are Adaptors, Power Supply, Battery Charger, Auto Accessory, Audio Entertainment, Cable & Wire,

2. Order Process

2.1 How to register as a member of Minwa?
If you are a new customer of Minwa you will need to register.
Just fill in your information in "Your Account" when you register as Minwa's member. For this, your credit or debit card details will be required together with confirmation of the delivery address.

2.2 What is required for registering Minwa’s member?
When you want to make order or acquire an sample, please register first all you have to do is select the package that’s right for you, provide your service address and billing information, and agree to a method of payment.

2.3 How can I make an order online?
First of all, you must register before making an order. When you have found a product that you wish to buy, just click “Add to Cart” icon and it will be added in your shopping list. You can check your order status throughout your shopping session in “View Cart” and amend your selection there. Once you have finished shopping, click on the logout icon to complete your purchase.

2.4 What is E-paylink?
We use e-payLink, well-known on-line credit card gateway, to collect payment and provide SSL encryption to protect your data. We'll only deliver goods to you once we confirmed payment transaction. To confirm that, beside purchase order, you should be receiving an e-mail from e-Paylink directly stating the amount you paid, along with reference number. To get set, please drop down your total payment amount, prepare your credit card number, expiry date and address that you registered for the card. The bank does need this information in order to safeguard you.

2.5 What credit card do you accept?  
We accept Visa and Master cards, you may select currencies from USD, HKD or CN for payments. Exchange rate for others will be based on terms and conditions you agreed with your bank.

2.6 Will I receive any receipt after I bought anything?
Once you have successfully placed an order you will be sent an email confirming, among other things, receipt and the details of your order. Your order represents an offer by you to purchase goods from us. Please check the confirmatory email and notify us immediately of any errors at enquiry@minwa.com. A follow-up email will then be sent once the goods have been dispatched to you, and it is only at this point in time that we accept your offer, are bound to fulfill it and a contract is formed.

Delivery

2.7 How long will it take to deliver the product once I made an order?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You will be notified by email once your goods have been dispatched from our factory. All products will be sent by recorded delivery and will therefore require a signature upon receipt. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

2.8 Is there any additional charges when I purchase overseas?
If you are ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such customs duties rests solely with you and Minwa has no control or liability for them.

Liability of all the parties

2.9 How the liabilities be shared between you and Minwa?
Minwa will be responsible for any losses suffered by you if the losses suffered were reasonably foreseeable by either party when the contract for sale was formed. We will not be liable for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable by either party when the contract for sale is formed.
For example, any damage on appliances due to the wrong matching adaptor or power supply will not be count as Minwa’s fault and liability.

2.10 When the goods are damaged during delivery, who will bear the reasonability?
Any damage during delivery will be excluded in Minwa’s liability.

2.11 Can I cancel an order without receiving any defective goods?
Yes, you can. If you do not receive damaged goods but are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you are able to cancel your order provided we receive written notice of your cancellation and you return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

2.12 Will there be any sub-charge if I would like to return an undamaged item?
We shall then refund the total order amount excluding shipping cost to your credit card account. 10% process fee will be charged for all return products. We will also charge 20% for if you fail to return the entire necessary item or the product is being altered from the original ones.

Besides, there is no refund for any exceptional delivery charges. We will provide the refund within 30 days from the receipt of the notice of cancellation.

2.13 If I believe the products I received are damaged, what will be my compensation?
A damaged goods is product which shows symptoms of basic operation failure, or fails to perform the stated functions, upon its first use out of the box. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately at enquiry@minwa.com. We will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us provided they are faulty or delivered to you in error.

2.14 Is it safe to send my confidential information to Minwa over the Internet?
Yes, We ensure you that the security of your personal data is our highest priority, so we’ve taken steps to ensure that your checking account number, credit card number, and other sensitive information is never sent unprotected over the Internet. All payments are processed through secure server which utilizes a SSL security system. This system encrypts your credit card and personal details to ensure that they should not be read by anyone else when transmitted over the Internet.
